Hi everyone,

I am a college student studying real estate currently getting my real estate license on the side. I am really interested in real estate investing I’ve read multiple of the bigger pockets books and have listened to a bunch of the podcasts.

I’m struggling with what I can do now as a college student with no funds- I realize I need connections and experience but, am struggling on where to find those resources especially in a pandemic.

I really appreciate any advice you guys would have to offer and thanks in advance.
