I'd probably politely ask them to show you the studies showing its a COVID risk as well as the laws in place restricting them. State you were unaware of the serious death risks of pool floats and you want to correct yourself moving forward as not to put anyone else at risk.

Lexis Nexis https://communitycrimemap.com/ was suggested by Brandon Turner in Multifamily Millionaire.  I've found it also matches very closely to greatschools.org where the lower end schools are, crime is typically up.

why not jump into MF now instead of later? every single person that jumps into MF says "I wish I had started MF sooner"
