Hi All,

I'm looking to separate my rental income and expenses into a separate bank account and credit card. This is to make it easier for me to track everything for tax purposes. 
Does anyone have recommendations on best cards / accounts to use? Also any accounting software recommendations? Thanks!

Has anyone found any clubs or worthwhile people to follow on Clubhouse? Would you like to? I'm happy to host if people on the forum have specific topics they'd like to dive into.

@Nathan Gesner & @Paul Moore - thank you both for sharing your experiences in self storage. I've recently been turned on to the space after having difficulties finding multifamily properties that will cash flow in my area (to @Paul Moore point about the market being overheated).

How did you go about finding and evaluating storage opportunities? The framework for residential is fairly clean cut but I'm new to the commercial landscape. Any books, podcasts, thought leaders, in the space you would recommend I checkout? 

Absolutely and that's my intent at least to start out but I wanted to factor in those costs in the event I do migrate it over to a property manager.
