Hey Joe - Most of my portfolio is in Granite City. I would say rents are strong and so is demand. The inspections by the city are pretty strict but that's to ensure everyone is doing things by the book and tenants are safe. I'd be happy to connect with you and share more.

@Megan Greathouse Thanks for the recommendation. What about after the flip is complete? Have they been easy to work when comes to the refinance on the back end? The local banks I've spoken to want to loan on based of skin in the game as opposed to appraisal value.
