Scaling my Multifamily business

Hello BP,

I am an investor from the Midwest Illinois area. I currently own 38 units and I am looking to really expand my multifamily business in 2021. What are the best ways to scale and scale quickly? Partnership? hard money lender? Private lending? I would like to start a partnership, but just not sure how to find the right partners. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

@Stephen Jones - Sounds to me like you have scaled pretty well already haha.  I am up in Chicago, where exactly are you investing in Illinois?

What exactly are your goals and what do you want to scale up to?

I am in the middle of a book called "Who Not How" and it basically explains that in order to grow and scale you need to shift your mindset from asking "How to scale" and start asking "who can help".  The book is great and definitely going to be a game-changer for me and my business.....I highly recommend checking it out.
