I thought I'd share with you something that just came and is a quick task you can do in as little as 5 minutes, but you should really do it right now so you don't procrastinate (like we all do!)!

1. Go to your BP Inbox, 

2. Comb through some older messages your received and 

3. Send a follow up with those people in 3 questions or less (the "3 Question email").

This is an example of a 3 Question Email I just wrote to a person who just followed me on BP, but I haven't had any prior contact with.

Hi {insert name},
Thank your for the follow! What do you do in real estate? What type of deals you working on? How can I help you?
Happy new year!

It does not have to be a prolonged message, rather a simple and quick hi, what do you do, is sufficient to start getting to know others on BP and interested in real estate investing!  So, what are you waiting for?!? Add this to your 90 Days of Intention Journal daily or weekly. You'll be surprised as to how many conversations about real estate you can start!

Hi All, thanks for asking about this upcoming meetup on Jan. 11th, 2019.

To start off the year, we'll be having a quick goals/mindset session, followed by deal analysis of the deals YOU'RE currently analyzing, followed by networking and giveaway of the 90 Day Intention Journal.

*To do:

1. List your 2019 goals and place in a visible place (sticky pad, iphone, etc.).

->Ask yourself what mindset/skills you need to achieve these goals.

2. Analyze a few deals and bring one deal you'd like to review with the group

->Bring your laptops (preferably) or copies of your deal analysis, so we can run through your analysis.

As I heard on one the BP podcasts, "luck is the intersection of planning and opportunity!" So let's make 2019 our lucky year, through careful planning (deal analysis) and networking for opportunities (for both selling and buying)!

Here's to creating financial wealth through real estate in 2019!

Let’s start 2019 💪!

My goal for this year is 200 apartment units! What’s it going to take to accomplish these goals? Commitment, patience, and resilience just to name a few! A goal is just that - an aim, something to conquer, a reminder to continue to strive for and achieve the seemingly impossible. What I love about real estate is that while it may seem impossible, there are many different ways to overcome the “impossible”! So set your goals, commit to them, and you will have the chance the conquer your goals!
