@Richard Bradshaw and @Emily S. thank you very much for the great information.

@Richard Bradshaw have you invested in Lehigh Valley at all?

@Emily S. do you know if the Green Valley Group inspects properties in Lehigh Valley

I will definitely look into the information provided.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and advice so far!

Richard,

Appreciate your detailed message and information. I am also looking primarily for buy and hold, but would consider flipping as well.

I'm still in process about doing research, but regarding property management, do you self-manage or have a PA property managements company you trust working with?

I love BP, josh and Brandon, you guys rock!!! Podcasts are incredible, webinars amazing, and publications super helpful and easy to read. Anyways, to the point, beginning investing in Pennsylvania. Wanted to get some opinions on the locations you think the market is doing well. Anywhere in particular to stay away from in your experience? I've been thinking the southeast portion of the state, Philly/Harrisburg areas. Anyone have a good PA certified inspector you use and recommend? Looking forward to beings part of the BP community!!
