*** Full disclosure --- No expert here ****

That being said, those look almost like mudjacking holes, esp. if they're distributed around the foundation as you stated.

Great topic.

I'm working on purchasing/developing a side business in commercial-grade ozone, and was wondering just how known this is to RE investors. With the correct marketing, I believe Ozone to be an abs unbeatable solution to many woes investors, as well as others, face.

Good Morning, all.

After several months of weekly podcasts, blog & forum articles, and the Bigger Pockets eBooks, I'm introducing myself. Originally from Milwaukee, WI (and very interested in investing there), I currently live in Shepherdstown, WV. My day job is a SQL/database programmer at a small IT company in Germantown, MD (about an hour each way, in good traffic). I've been married for 8 years, and have an 8-month old son. I'm a huge book wonk, and enjoy swimming, the outdoors in general, home brewing, travel, and cooking/bbq.

My goals, to start, at least:

  1. Never stop learning
  2. Network - Partner - Develop relationships in the area
  3. Income - Income - Income
  4. Developing systems and working on time management
  5. Rehab jobs on the side to add to the ability to produce #3
  6. "Retire" from my day job by 40

I'm also quite interested in personal finance topics, as well as harnessing the power of technology and data to make quick decisions; although I generally abhor black boxes.

As I mentioned above, in respect to location, I'm certainly interested in investing in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia (Martinsburg, Berkeley Springs, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, etc.)... Western Maryland (Hagerstown), and perhaps Baltimore and parts of DC metro. I also have most of my family in Milwaukee, so I'm always looking for deals back home.

Happy Friday! I'm very glad to be here and hope to help anybody that I can. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

We use some of their zip code databases (at my day job). As mentioned above, they're one of the few licensed by USPS for CASS/NCOA (we're another).

They're a pretty big company, reputable, etc. I'd certainly give them a shot!

Hello all.

Having just moved to the Eastern Panhandle from Montgomery County, MD, I'd be extremely interested in partnering or JV'ing with people in the area. Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties are growing, and are looking extremely attractive from a buy-and-hold perspective.

Please pm me if you're interested or would like to meetup. I do commute to Germantown during the week, but I'm there anytime else. Thx!

Welcome, Kevin.

I just moved out of MontCo after four years, but commute there for work during the week. I'd second the above, and would be able to point you in the direction of some of the local resources that I know of.

Best Wishes!
