Hi Alex!  Thanks for answering!  I've been getting jerked around by so called buyers.  I'm trying to sell a house in Chicago.  I can use all the help I can get.  I'm just starting out....well, I'm actually putting rubber to the road.

Is there any wholesalers in the Rockford, IL area that can help show me the ropes?  I understand its not as easy as it seems.  I just want to connect with a seasoned Wholesaler who knows what they are doing.

Thanks everyone for replying. I'm looking at either out of state or in state.  It doesn't matter as long as it's a good deal and if it's a good turn key company.
