I'm remodeling a historic house (1910) and could use the contact information for a gas fire place insert supplier. I've seen the models at Home Depot and Lowes but i'm not overly impressed, so I figured I would check with the BP community before making any decisions!

@Tim Norris Thank you for the reply! As a general contractor, my company and the subcontractors that I used were required to carry at least 1M umbrella policy, unless the contract required additional coverage. I wasn't sure whether the same principals applied for rehabs. Thank you again for the insight.

What amounts of insurance coverage (workman's comp, auto liability, and commercial general liability) are BP members requiring their General Contractor's to carry on rehab projects?
