Hi, I am actually writing this on behalf on my mother in law who is desperate to sell her home here( she lives in Oro Valley area) and move back east. Over the past few years she has grown ill and has been trying to sell her home but to no avail, she is now willing to be approached by an investor and we decided here would be a great place to start.
