exterior piers on pier and beam and slap are usually between 300-450 per pier interior piers range between 600-900 based on mainly how think the slab is in the area which they are removing. I am not sure which market you are in, however if you are in the Dallas area call steady house foundation and let them know Atif khan referred you. They are great when it comes to pricing. If not time to call 40 companies and have them give you bids. Overall it seems that your largest slope is 2.1 inches. Your side is raised by 1.2 your lowest reading is -1. This in all honesty isn't too bad. Hope this helps.

I would like to do both, for now I would like to primarily help clients and learn more about the buying and selling process of homes!

Hi, I'm currently in my last 60 hours of my real estate license course and just recently moved up to Dallas. I was hoping to find an internship with a real estate agency in order to learn more about the field. I do have some experience in real estate already as I used to flip houses back home in Corpus Christi. I'd greatly appreciate any tips or advice you have. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I met with a real estate attorney the other week and she told me a Roddy foreclosure listing services, I was wondering if you had any experience with that? I used to use prop stream for comps but they removed mls services. Hope the best for you as you get closer to your goals definitely keep me updated on your deals!

Afternoon, I just got done flipping my first house and lost quite a bit of money so I joined here to learn how to find better deals in Texas. Texas is a non disclosure non judicial state so I was wondering if anyone had tips and tricks to find better deals off market (I bought mine through the mls). If anyone has any tips, tricks, or websites or resources they use in the DFW area I would love to learn more. Thank you!
