Hi all,

Originally from Israel, I've relocated to Campbell with my wife currently working as an engineer in the solar industry. I recently began contemplating what to do with the savings and found real estate investment to be a rewarding vehicle.

Since the properties here are out of my budget, I'm looking to invest at the vicinity of Atlanta GA in a buy and hold strategy. Anyone who has experience with this market I'll be more than happy to share some information. While here in the valley, I'm interested to connect with other investors. My goal is to make the cashflow from investmets the primary income.

I'm really excited to be a part of this community!! I've already read the Ultimate Guide, listened to several podcasts, and read at least one article featured on each newsletter.

This is a very interesting topic and I must say I'm learning a lot from your arguments.

As for the above quote, what are the pros and cons of having a large number of properties in the portfolio compared to a handful?
