Hi John - I was referring to the HAR website which has listings for the Houston area.

Just curious if any Houston area members have had recent success finding fix and flip deals on the HAR website? Good deals don't seem to stay on the market very long.

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently living in Houston and working on the finance side of the energy industry (of course!). Have recently been spending my spare time learning as much as I can about real estate investment. I am particularly interested in learning more about fix and flip strategy as well as connecting with others. I'll be doing this on a part-time basis but hoping to make my first investment in the very near future. I have really enjoyed the BP website, it has a wealth of information. Looking forward to sharing my experiences with the BP community as well. Thanks!
