Hi, I have an investor friend of mine who is having difficulty paying-off his loan with Renovo. They are charging him 24% interest rate as he is in a default. I wanted to see if there are folks here who may have explored legal route with Renovo Financial - they are based out of Chicago, IL

I am hoping few who have done JV's with Wendell De Guzman, HHS Capital or PCI LLC can reply to this post or contact me via PM. Thank you for your responses.

Hello BP,

I hope you are all doing great with your investments.

I starte my real estate investments in 2015 and for the most part my experience has been great. I have just run into issues with my investments with a particular group. If any of you have done JVs with Wendell De Guzman (of Chicago)/ PCI LLC/ HHS capital please send me a PM as I would like to discuss few things with you.

Happy investing and I hope you all are learning and growing everyday!

Thanks, Asif

@Marquis Ephraim curious as to why you need a real estate broker if you want to wholesale a property?

@Nathan Waters Thanks for the insights! good to know MLS is not dead yet. If you come across a deal and would like to wholesale, let me know. I am building my portfolio on buy and hold in the suburbs with the BRRRR strategy!

Thanks for sharing your insights Jeff. I guess if you factored in property management in your numbers then you could have both properties in city (MFR) as well as suburbs (SFR) :)

@Angelica Osusky Hopefully you have your business setup by now. Based on my plan to do buy and hold SFR investments in the suburbs, an LLC made best sense. Would love to hear how are your investments going?
