I'm a student in Boston that's considering house hacking and as we all know, Boston ain't cheap! I would likely not be purchasing in Boston proper, but in a surrounding area like on the Hill, JP, or even Roxbury. Has anyone had experience with doing this in Boston or in larger, more expensive cities? Thank you! 

Hi everyone! My name is Asia, I'm a student here in Boston and am diving head first into real estate. I grew up around the business as well as worked as a listing and transaction coordinator at Berkshire Hathaway. Though I enjoyed working more on the admin side, I know that wholesaling and investing is the route I want to take and I'm looking for a mentor or someone that would be willing to let me work with them and be apart of every step of every deal.
