@Cameron Norfleet I was pretty sure there was a “catch” to it, being that it’s easier said than done.... or everyone would be doing it & making thousands. I understand there is work you have to put into it & it may not be something I’m interested in learning so I’ll just keep working towards my ultimate goal. Thank you!

Hello, so I’m veryyyy new to real estate investing, like, read a couple books, haven’t made my first purchase yet, new. I wanted to know about investing with a partner. I work full time, don’t have much saved up at the moment, credit is about a 630ish so can still use some work, but I’m so ready to dive in! Are there any options? Anything I can do to get real life experience besides being an agent? I’m a hands on learner so reading 100 books will teach me nothing compared to actually doing something. Should I speak to investors? How do I? What do they look for? Sorry for the long post but thanks for any feedback.

I wasn’t too sure about the wholesaling thing, it’s just something I came across and I know CT house prices can get pretty high so I wasn’t sure how things would play out, especially for a beginner. But I will continue growing my knowledge for what I’m aiming for. Thanks again.

Hello, I want to learn as much as possible about real estate and thought I can get my feet wet by starting to wholesale. What is it like in CT? Is it competitive? Where do I start? I currently have a full time gov’t job, and my long terms goals are to buy as many multifamily & sf buy & holds but this can help me learn a lot and start small. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hello BP'ers ! I'm In need of help . My goal is to buy and hold, using the BRRR strategy in Ct & I'm still in the saving process so I figured this would be a great time to learn as much as I can before taking the dive. But I need some sort of assistance. How to run numbers, analyze deals, find tenants, etc. ! I Live in the New Haven area but I'm willing to travel. Thanks!
