Hello BP'ers ! I'm In need of help . My goal is to buy and hold, using the BRRR strategy in Ct & I'm still in the saving process so I figured this would be a great time to learn as much as I can before taking the dive. But I need some sort of assistance. How to run numbers, analyze deals, find tenants, etc. ! I Live in the New Haven area but I'm willing to travel. Thanks!
