We started our meetups in September 2023 and we plan to hold them every six weeks.

Congratulations on embarking on your real estate journey! It's great to hear that you've already narrowed down your focus area. There are plenty of books available on BiggerPockets that cover the buy-and-hold strategy for both single-family and multifamily properties. I recommend checking out "How to Invest in Real Estate" and "Real Estate by Numbers."

In addition to reading books, I suggest joining local meetup groups where you can meet investors who are already investing in your area of interest. This will give you real-world insights that may not be covered in books.
