New To Real-estate and Very Excited

Hey,

I'm Eric, I'm very new to real-estate investing and excited to start this journey and get to know people in this community.  Currently I am in the learning phase trying to gobble up all the knowledge I can so I take the best educated first steps.

I just finished the book ultimate beginners guide to getting started and narrowed my focus into the 2 niche's buying/selling land and buy and hold small/large multi family homes.  

Is there anyone else who started out similar to myself that has any books they would recommend I read as a good source of knowledge?  Any information you can provide would be very helpful as I am just starting out and still not sure about how to do much.
