Hi everyone.  I'm new to the wholesale game. I'm in new home sales and trying to redirect my career to becoming a wholesaler . Can anyone direct me where or how to find Maryland wholesale contract. Thank you in advance.

Hi.  I'm new to real estate investing, but it is something that has always peaked my interest.  My husband and I are at the beginning of this journey.  But we are ready to learn and make money.  I'm in new home sales and my husband has a contractor/sales background.  We will use our experiences to grow in this business.
