@Louise A. Place to Live Rentals was my husband's old company he got bought out of close to 4 years ago.  His old business partner shut it down this year.  Ryan and I are still rocking strong in the real estate biz :). We started FS Houses together 3 years ago.  Full service brokerage :) and still manage but super picky about the areas and condition of the house

This property is actually located in a neighborhood call "Old SouthSide"

@Matthew Schroeder is correct about the Old Northside and Herron Morton. ONS is south of 16th St and HM is North of 16th St, ONS does go East of college but not north of 16th St.....I'm a resident of HM
