Are there syndication investment opportunities posted on BP? If not, where can I find syndications to invest?

I’m new to the area and am looking for a some highly recommended and affordable contractors to remodel a kitchen and laundry room. Please send me your best! I am ready to start ASAP.

@Dan H. I too have a vacancy in the greater San Diego area and wondered if I took advantage of mortgage relief opportunities, what sort or unintended consequences should I expect. Wells Fargo is offering 3+ months postponed payment which would be added to the end of the loan. How do you think this may affect the property valuation, refinance rates, and mortgage interest moving forward?

@Steven McCord I’m in the Dallas market too and would love to learn more about your software!

@Justin R. Can you explain more about what a bond arbitrage is and how money you’re not using earns about the same as the mortgage interest? I don’t understand how that works

I used a VA home loan.

@Dan H. the property is VA loan and right now rates are 2.75 for 30 year fix. My current rate is 3.625

So it sounds like even if I wanted an LOC I probably couldn't get one since I don't live on the property, or it would be difficult to find a lender.
I am looking to buy and hold right now, so it would seem a refi is the best option regardless. This will be my first time to refinance and I’m still learning how it works and taking it slow. I imagine I have a few months before interest rates go back up again anyway. Do you have any favorite resources or tools that you would recommend to help me understand the process better?

Thank you both for your feedback. As a rookie investor any help I can get is very much appreciated!

Hi! Congrats on your refi! After some other chats with investors, looks like refi may not be the way for me after all. Thank you though!

@Michael Ohara awesome, thank you! 😊
