@Johnathan C try yardimatrix they offer free reports of a lot of cities and they have a map with the different neighborhoods.  Look for markett publications. You will have to print or look at one report at a time because you are not subscribed, neither am I but that’s how I do it. Continued success!

Hey Mindy I love my journals, and the mastermind group that I’m in because Of purchasing the journal early is powerful, bought the  4 set in December. Is there a special on buying more than one. I want to get four for next year I don’t want to wait till the end of the year just in case BP runs out. Thank you BP for the support and resources to help me on my real estate investing journey.

@Kimberlee Nadine Hill Hey Kimberlee how are you and welcome to BP. I can understand when you say your head is spinning, but you are on the right path. You picked out three different cities you would like to invest, thats what you are suppose to do so that’s one down. Now you have to invest time to look into those cities (due diligence) that you are interested in. What do I mean...right here on BP use the forums and put in keywords Detroit, DC, BALTIMORE, you will find a wealth of information from others who are investing in those cities, realtors, mortgage brokers, most important property managers and other real estate professionals who have their finger on the pulse of that city. As for the Bronx I own there and I can tell you it’s on fire but if you want to find out more there is a Bronx meetup on September 16th at Michael Angelos on Arthur Ave., hope to see you there. Continued success in your real estate journey.
