Hello,

Did anyone received post closing audit from mortgage company. I have got a audit on my loan something like this. "It seems the home you recently moved out of, was listed for rent on Zillow. This raises a question because we had a lease agreement on file showing a rental amount of $2,000 per month."

Does anyone here faced similar issue ?

Hello Everyone,

I need some guidance on below question.

I have recently switched my insurance from home owners to landlord policy. My insurance company sent guy to inspect once. But they had issued insurance on day I applied. Guy who inspected gave some report asking to fix the issue on roof and if it’s not addressed they will terminate policy by January,15th. But on 24th December there is lightning and property got caught up with fire. Now I raised claim Immideatly. Will there be any issue on Jan,15th deadline in this case ?

Regards!!

Arun

a 12-month waiver beginning 05-02-2022 for non-U.S. citizens with valid Social Security Numbers

(SSN) and work authorization, as evidenced by documentation such as an Employment Authorization

Document, Form I-766 (EAD), are temporarily eligible to apply for assistance. Lenders will continue

to utilize the Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) to verify acceptable citizenship or

immigration status through the Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration

Services Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program.

Just Apply for the loan and get your pre-approval.  Reach out if you have any questions.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a newbie to REI, I was able to successfully execute house hacking strategy. Now, I'm more interested towards buying rental properties with creative financing strategies like "Seller Financing, DSCR Loan etc..,". The reason I would like to do with creative financing is because of current market situation and interest rates. Can anyone help me sharing their thoughts on creative financing strategies ? I'm based out of Dallas, Texas. I'm open to invest out of states like AZ, WI, MI, IA, MO.

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for some investment properties around Denison, Texas. Need some inputs on rental comps, and sales comps. I have got deals from new construction builders. I would need experts opinion to move ahead, currently they are offering low $300's, I told them number doesn't work in that area. They asked me whats my expectations ( it's 1500 Sqft house, brand new). Need experts opinion to negotiate, Happy to work with realtors in that area.

Thanks,

Arun

Hello Guys,

I’m from Dallas, I have got some investment opportunities from builders around Sherman area, cost around low 300’s for houses between 1300-1600 sqft. I would need your thoughts, weather to perceive the opportunity.

How was the rental income looks like?

Is it good bet to invest with current market situation or hold for some more time?
