I am not sure if I read it here on BP or somewhere else but I remember reading somewhere that people would get life Insurance and wait 1-2 years and then cash out $250-500k in one shot.

Anyone heard anything about this

Is there a city where a tenant gets kicked out in 30 days or less if they stop paying rent.

I read somewhere that Dallas could probably be the only city where eviction and kick out process is very fast. Is this true ?

@Clifford Paul

So you can basically own land and just lease it out to a variety of different people who can keep paying you monthly $$ for life?

So this is the same thing as having single family rentals ?

So like the title says, is owning land the same as owning single family rentals?

Is the answer is no......is there a such thing as owning land and renting it out monthly like you would with single family rentals ?

So today I stumble upon something new that you the reader of this post probably learned years ago. I burn some time on YouTube watching videos on paying less taxes.

One popular real estate youtuber grant Cardone says don’t pay taxes on anything while keeping it legit xyz but he doesn’t say how to do it.

He says you can lease for free and get the money back at the end of the year but he doesn’t tell you how to do it.

Then it looks like I need to start a business from home in order to get this going.

So my questions are

1. Can I reduce my %40 taxes from my corporate job ? I changed my allowances to 9 like grant cardone recommends but I will just be charged at the end of the year for those taxes while my paychecks will be bigger

2. What type of businesses can I start from home to start ripping the benefits of reducing my taxes. Getting my car write off, getting paid off $0.55 per mile I drive etc.

Is there any mentor or program that could walk me through this that works.

@James Wise how do I ensure that I would provide safety to their money ?

How about if I offer 12 percent return. Plus tell them that my 20% downpayment will yield a 500 mo instant cash flow return which I will use to pay back the loan. Plus use money from my bi weekly checks

@Kenneth Ortiz so are you saying he borrowed 300k from you and in 5 years he turned it into a mil ?

When did he start paying you back / pay off the amount he owe to you

What’s are a few examples of providing value back to the lender

Could reits make me the same cash flow as someone who owns a single family rental property ?

Is a mortgage broker the same thing as a mortgage loan officer ?

Does anyone know any pre training I can do to become a mortgage loan officer. Materials that can prepare me for the NY exam.

I am aware that the NY exam does have questions that put you in real life scenarios where you need to calculate using numbers and also have questions with scenarios where x person has said money but wants to do this and I can to also describe the solution to that’s person problem etc
