Welcome to the forum Mr. Moreno. I recently signed up on BP site as well,  by doing some search you will find good information on this site. Don't forget to check out the ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing (heard/read good things about this book). Haven't read the book myself but once I am done with the one I am currently reading I am starting on this one. Good to hear I am not the only young investor i am 23 (i consider myself young) lol.

I as well am a new investor I am more towards the South of Texas (5 hrs away from Austin) I want to get a few deals at least here in the valley before I do move over to Austin.

Thank you for the welcome gentlemen.  Definite going to read the book as soon as I am done with the one I am currently reading. I have skimmed through a few pages looks very interesting... Will be looking around the site I am actually also subscribed to BP you tube channel that's how Ive been picking up on information as well. I do also want to network in currently looking in my area to see if they have any meetings for investors. 

Short story:

I actually went over to talk to a realtor to see if by any chance they would mentor me. Her response was that in Texas I would need a license to be able to buy RE even to get a buyer. I asked around and this turned out not to be true.... Thought I share a quick short story.

Thank you for the advice. Currently I am reading one of ************* Book (Profit from RE right now) I also have the BP book which ill be starting soon, plus videos that i have found as well. Might seem like a silly question what is BP pod-cast marathon?

I want to sign up with a national coach, I have thought of signing up with freedom mentor I was wondering before I did make the choice if anyone has taken his course? Any recommendation?...
