@Brad Brynteson I’d guess that would all depend on your marketing budget. If you can afford to mail every property, go for it, no harm in trying. Personally I pre-qual every property but that’s due to a very limited budget

Hey BP, Hope everyone is having a productive day. Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone, Im originally from Los Angeles but have been living in the Atlanta area for close to 10 years! my primary interest in real estate at the moment is Wholesaling and I look forward to learning all that i can about the subject. So here's to day 1 of the journey .
