@Samantha M. ditto on Sears. When do you have to have the appliances? You can always wait for another major holiday (President's day, Feb 17?) and get significant discounts then.

Down to the wire!

Just curious - what ARV does the neighborhood support if you were to fix and sell it?

Agree! That would be very cool.

@Ryan Pyle Good post. I knew there was some statistical significance to the rule. Good to see it's also fairly linear as you get bigger properties. Do you manage the properties yourself today?

@Min K. not sure if you've found anyone to provide requested personal assistance, however you can usually get a ton of answers here on the site. You just have to ask the questions. Message me if you'd like some pointers on the critical steps. No fee necessary (and no legal advice).

Good luck

@Account Closed for clarification, you are seeking land-line phone numbers for given list of home address(es)? I believe you can get that kind of information from the white pages (google "white pages") but you may have to pay for it. Typical tax record lists that I have dealt with do not have phone numbers as this isn't public info. However I have had luck reaching people by using white/yellow pages.

Chanté Owens this is interesting. Thx for posting! I haven't done much research on this but I wonder how rents are affected by this (if at all) and if so, how quickly.
