Any insights on economic development, population movement and jobs diversity for Spartanburg, SC will be much appreciated.

I have already used city-data for these markets, but the information is dated. Please suggest some neighborhoods, where I can find B or C class homes.

Thank you

Any insights on economic development, population movement and jobs diversity for Mobile, AL will be much appreciated.

I have already used city-data for these markets, but the information is dated. Looking for current trends.

Also I know there is a flood situation in Mobile County, so which areas should I avoid.

Thank you

All I am looking to do a cash out re-finance on two of my rental properties in GA and NC. Can I be referred to some lenders with low closing costs?

I am talking to loandepot but also wanted to check if there are other nationwide lenders in this space.

Thank you.

Greg, the raise is in excess of two mil. I am looking at family office to do majority of the raise and the deficit I can get from other passive investors.

Thoughts?

How do I find these family offices in my local area? I go to meetups, REIAs, but I usually end up meeting with individual investors who are also out there to network. I have a multi family deal and need to raise substantial capital. Any help will be appreciated. I am targetting family office, because usually the can finance it completely. Right now I have few warm commitments from individual investors.
