Hello John Arendsen thanks for the follow up! I still don't have much knowledge on mobile homes specifically. I have been researching the general Phoenix real estate market as I do not know much of it. I am starting to understand a bit more of the rental areas. I will take your advice and visit some mobile home parks this week. Look for an update then! :)

Thanks for the advice John Arendsen wondering if there might be some opportunity for investing in mobile homes here in Arizona.

New to Phoenix and I have a few questions regarding manufactured/mobile homes. Is there a healthy market for used or resale of manufactured/mobile homes? Or is it more popular to buy a brand new model from a dealer? What are the top mobile home communities in/around Phoenix. Are they on leased land or private owner lots? Hello Matt Hixon I just moved to northern Scottsdale about two months ago. I also have been considering central/northern Phoenix for investment opportunities but have little to no experience in RE investing.
