What do you think of these? Something along the lines of we buy houses with maybe a logo and of course phone number. Worth making my car less attractive?

Is subject to or lease option viable for this situation to a investors who wants to own a property for rental income with a down payment?

What keywords do you throw into your Adwords campaign that net you good leads? I'm struggling with producing leads that follow up after clicking my ad.

USAA bank offers a credit reporting monitoring service for $13 a month. You get all 3 reports and can refresh it once daily. I personally use and recommend it for monitoring all 3!

The bank used to be military only however now that has changed and you can be civilian as well.

I was actually going to mention that I will now be using a letter yellow service after my first list due to how time consuming these first 30 alone have been. Looks like you won my business :)

Should the envelope be written on with red ink as well?

I've thought about the more professional look with my company on it, however just because so many people here advocate yellow letters I figured I would give it a shot.

Should the property owner's real name be placed on the letter? Or would it be better to say Sir / Ma'am?

Please don't mind the handwriting, i plan on having it rewritten by someone with much better handwriting :)
