Hey, everyone. My name is Jennifer and I am originally from New Jersey. I joined Bigger Pockets in hoping to learn more about investing in real estate. I want to get started in flipping, and eventually focus on vacation rentals. I will have a lot of questions in the future, so keep an eye out for me in the forums!

I am *almost* completely new. I've had my real estate license before, am obtaining a new one in AZ, and worked as an admin assistant for the #1 selling Realtor in Las Vegas and the state of Nevada. We did a lot of REOs, which included flipping them, and a variety of other transactions. I've learned a lot over the years and will be applying that knowledge to my own future deals. 

In my spare time, I enjoy fiction writing, hiking with my bloodhound and traveling the roads-less-traveled. 

I look forward to getting to know, meeting, and possibly working with some of you.
