Most banks will tie you up with personal guarantee which that is not how you would like to do business credit. Most important step in establishing your Business credit, just like personal credit, you need to start a profile with Duns and Bradstreet. Process involves by applying for DUNS number. Once you acquire that, start applying for Net 30 days account with selected businesses by actually purchasing small amount. Make sure to pay the invoices quickly. Once those businesses start reporting the fast payment to DUNS, then you can approach other businesses which are bit harder for Net 30. Do not apply for credit card. Once your DUNS profile shows great shape. After a few months, you will be ready to approach the credit card, but make sure avoid personal guarantee.!

This house is built on a 2.6 Acres lot with 360 degree view. Extremely private surrounding with lots of possibilities such as being a horse property. The house is 2,508 SQF with 4 Bed and 2 Bath, very large 2 door garage, plenty of space for RV parking. Well-built, solid slump block construction, just needs cosmetic updates. Surrounding houses comp at $500k to $1M. Email me if you are interested, so I can provide more details and address to the property. [email protected]

Post: Is having your RE License and an LLC compatible?

Hi Mike, Great question. I am an investor and also have my real estate license. One of the main criteria for me after acquiring my license was to interview a broker who is investor friendly. During and after, when you receive your license, you will start interviewing brokers to find out what are their fees and requirements are. I would highly recommend asking them how they feel about you being a REI. Some brokers have an insurance requirements which will put some limits and higher cost. Another way is to find out about some of the REIs in your area and who they signed up with if they have their license. That would give you a good lead. For that look for the property listing with "Owner/Agent"

I wish you all the best in new venture.
