New Investor in Tucson looking to find my first fix and flip

I'm new to BP and have been active in the real estate business for three years now as an active Real Estate Agent. I became an agent so I could learn the real estate business but my primary goal is to become a full time REI. My primary goal now is to find my first personal fix and flip deal. Eventually I would like to move onto buy to buy and hold projects.
