It has all the important show notes, links, speakers' bio and contact info, etc. I would mix up most recent and earlier episodes without a giving order because their show is not ordered by topic. Some shows have a lot more useful info than others.

I think the webinars are much more

Are there other good calculator as BG has which are free online?

Yeah, don't get suckered into their products. These people are really good speakers and are very motivating. Also whey they say they are going to mentor you, don't believe them. They usually have a student or employee who does that part. They aren't available by email or phone. Big Waste. I found my mentor who was actually doing deals and we became friends. Do your research first and find out what others have to say first.

Whatis yyour opinion about paying someone who can help who call himself a consultant?

What is the difference between Cleveland to Indianapolis in appreciation and cashflow?

What makes it better than Cleveland?

@Ari Hadar The spreadsheets work on Microsoft Excel, so you only need that to be able to open and use them. Let me know if you hav-e any questions

I am using my android phone so is it compatible?

No, unfortunately the spreadsheet won't run properly on a smartphone (the excel app on smartphones is not as robust as excel for windows and Mac). So for it to work properly, you will need to use excel on a computer.

I use only my mobile phone and sold my pc long ago.... IIs there mobile calculator as good as BP ones?

I've uploaded an easy-to-use spreadsheet to analyze rental properties and know within a few minutes if it's a good deal or not. Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help!

How can I open those calculators?

No, I don't pay for useless things. I am perfectly capable of setting rent prices myself. Nor do I listen to their podcasts about how to "find deals"...I also do that myself.

Zillow and Rentometer have MOUNTAINS of data they look at, and they're still wrong. BP does not have the same data.

You can see I don't pay to be called a "pro" either...I'm too busy being a real professional. Kind of like when you find something at Walmart marked "professional grade", usually it's not.

Figuring out rental prices is an art, not something a computer can do, period.

How do you find comps and arv?
