This morning, I went to an 80th birthday party for a family member.  I had been talking to my dad earlier this week about getting in to small multi family.  He came up to me and said, "I think your cousin has some apartments." So I went over and struck up a conversation.  Turns out, over the last 8 years he and his partner have come to control 2200 units!!! 2200 (expiative) UNITS! I very nearly soiled my pants. Over the next hour I was berating him with every question I could think of... and, he seemed to be genuinely enjoying the conversation.  I could tell he was jazzed to be talking to a fellow enthusiast even though I openly admitted I didn't really know anything.  Further, he said he would be happy to look over a deal if I found something interesting.  Or even better, I could walk through one of his deals as he was looking it over.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I don't get giddy... but I feel like a kid on Christmas morning.

 It seems like pure luck...

How can he help you generate leads and analyze them?

When do BP put the calculators in the BP android app? It's so hard to use the android browser that closes and erase all what was written...

I can't believe in 2020 things are like that

If you have the money /loan and the numbers give nice cashflow and you feel OK living there it is the best way for  a newbie.

I was filling in the fields in the rental calculator in my Android Chrome browser in my cell phone and entered an explaining link and when I came back to the calculator I saw everything I wrote was erased... Doesn't it save what I am writing?

I analyze everything on my computer, and it saves if I look at the "help" links. I'm not sure on a phone.  Also, once you save a deal they are kept in your calculator that you used to analyze a deal so that you can go back and review them at a later time.

Can 8 save the analysis before finish it?

I have just come back to the BP calculator after filling in some details in the BP rental Calculator and I see it doesn't remember all what I have written and I need to do this tedious task again... Is it like that and how come it doesn't remember what was last written?

If your credit is amazing, and your income is steady, you might be able to get a personal loan. Some banks will do them without tying them to an asset, but the interest rates will be 8% +

Very Risky. Consult a financial advisor first.

I know covid rose the lending rates and makes Brrrr almost impossible and they don't give 75% as well. Do you have lending options for foreigners with credit score and no income in USA? I think partnering can be a good option.

I have been looking into doing the SUB TO creative finance mentorship with Pace Morby and was wondering if anyone has completed it or knows anyone who has been apart of it. I have heard a lot of good things about it but it fairly expensive and I am kinda on the fence on whether I should pull the trigger. I have also read many articles that have made me skeptical of gurus and paid mentorships. I'm not suggesting that Pace is phony but i'm just curious if there is anyone out there who can give me more insight into their experience with the program and whether or not its worth the investment.
