In one of Bearded Brandon's video podcast the other day showed a guy merrily strolling along a hillside as a comparison to starting a career as a real estate investor. 

I've been around a lot of you and on many of your properties while you're rehabbing, but as I embark on doing MY own, I can't sleep thinking about everything.  Is it better to partner with someone or do it by yourself?
