My mortgage broker told me that the lenders he is working with no longer offer renovation loans. I'm curios to know if this is true across the board.

In Massachusetts (north west of Boston), March, April were 100%, In may, Everybody paid, but a couple paid most of the rent and were short by a couple of hundreds, should pay in the next few days.

We ended up doing the loan with 15% down. I completely agree with you on the offer thing, once you have an accepted offer it's easier to make adjustments.

This is not a question of pride, but more of the practical side. One of the partners is living on the property and I don't want the tenants to take advantage of it. I'm trying to prevent a problem before it happens, and was looking for a more technical answer.
