Has anyone had any success getting a renovation loan?

Hey there,

My mortgage broker told me that the lenders he is working with no longer offer renovation loans. I'm curios to know if this is true across the board.

    @Ariel Lisogorsky I was told the same by multiple lenders/brokers, although I was looking at VA Renovation Loans.
