Quote from @Kerry Noble Jr:

Do you still do deals in Central IN?

I still look for SFH flips that I'm all in for 150k and can sell for 200k in Indianapolis. I don't do outside the loop.

Hello, I've done deals in Indianapolis before but I am looking to do condo deals much closer to home now and am looking for good wholesalers on the island.  Does anyone have any recommendations of on how to find wholesalers for the island of Oahu?

Thank you so much!

First of all, thank you everyone that has helped me in the past with all my questions while I was trying to get this house ready for sale in Petaluma. The home is finally on the market and it has been a long road to reach here. So thank you everyone once again.

The listing is at:

It was divided into an upstairs and downstairs unit by my father decades ago and tended to by my grandmother and cousin. My grandmother was the ex-wife to George Harris, a local painter and artist who back in the New Deal after the Great Depression did a fresco in Coit Tower in San Francisco called 'Banking and Loans' as well as the old fresco in the old Senate Building in San Francisco. Sadly that last one was torn down. He still has several works around the state from his time during the public works project. My grandmother did art herself and you can still see her custom tile and mosaic work in the kitchen backsplashes.

It is located at just a 3 minute walk from downtown Petaluma but is still tucked away to grant you your privacy. A double lot with plenty of space, it is the only one of it's kind on the street.

It still has the internal stairway that can connect the upper and lower floors should you choose to reconnect the units once again and convert it back into a single family home. The detached carriage house has also been renovated and can act as an office or guest room should you choose to. The attached carport can also be modified to suit any of your needs.

My realtor will be answering questions and conducting open houses starting Dec. 18th and we will let this run until Dec. 28th. Her name is Denise Lucchesi.

Thank you so much everyone again for helping me. Especially to you Rick Trivedi, Stephen Pearson, Joseph Schommer, Bukka Levy, Kerry Noble Jr, Linda Lam, and Ash Fields.

Post: Petaluma CA looking for electrician and Handyman

Hello, I'm trying to see to some health and safety issues for an older home in Petaluma CA.

The electrical has some exposed wiring in the attic crawl space that needs to be in a junction box and to restore power to the detached carriage house where my cousin lives.

As well as a handy man to grease some reluctant windows and fix a leaking valve as well as smaller issues.

Looking to get multiple quotes if possible.

Can anyone recommend any good people who might be able to get to this soon?

Thank you.

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.

My name is Aric Harris and I'm right now working on my Grandmother's house in Petaluma California, 504 D. St, Petaluma CA, 94952. After my grandmother died the house went to my aunt who allowed her daughter, my cousin, to stay as she helped take care of my grandmother for years.

Recently my aunt passed away and my family is moving ahead with the sale of the property. I'm currently working with my cousin on a two year lease.  My cousin lives in a detached carriage house that has been converted into a single studio unit while the main house is a duplex separated into an upper unit and a downstairs unit.

The current plan is to sell the property and allow my cousin two years to look for a place using her money from the sale. After two years she would need to move out irregardless. The home is an old Victorian style house in a historic part of town, but I was planning on doing a home inspection and appraisal to determine how much it should go for.

I'm still new and feeling my way in this and wanted to know if anyone could recommend any particular strategy or if you knew any agents that you could recommend that would be successful. Or maybe an agency or place I can go to for something like this.

I hope to hear from you soon and best of luck to you all!

Post: Contractor referral in Petaluma

Good morning!

I'm looking to reinforce an external wooden staircase on my property.  The property manager wanted to redo the whole thing for quite a bit of money but I was just hoping to replace the rotting support beam and fix it up as it matches with the house nicely.

Can anyone recommend a good handyman or contractor in the Petaluma area?

Thank you.

Hello, I'm looking to sell a home with a detached converted carriage house but due to family issues, the converted carriage house cannot be sold. I looked into subdividing the lot as well as implementing a life estate where the buyer would need to accept a life long tenant, but I was then informed about CPR's or Condominium Property Regime's where I can classify the house and carriage house as separate condo units but maintain the same lot. Thus avoiding doing a full lot split.

Does anyone have any experience in such a thing in Petaluma? Do you know the type of attorney I would need and the time needed to carry something like this out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
