@Sam M. Sorry about that. I guess "local" was vague. It's in Fort Walton Beach, FL where we live. 

@Christopher Sarmiento welcome! My husband is from Gainesville and we lived there for  a while. Should be a great place for rentals. And that travel nurse short term rental house hack idea would be great. Lots of travel nurses and other health professionals at Shands and other medical facilities

@Daniel Carroll That's awesome congrats! Yes, this business is like pushing a boulder up a hill. Once you get through the hardest part things just keep going

@Lavaud Charlemagne Looking forward to meeting you there!!! I think you can reply to the email that sent you the confirmation. The tickets aren't physical so you don't have to print it. When you get to the event, you will check in with identification and they should have your entrance packet ready. @William Allen please correct me if I'm wrong. 

@Giovanni Luna If you don't get a tenant in it's either 1) your rent is way overpriced 2) whoever is managing your property isn't marketing your property the right way. In the current environment for B and C class housing we get 10-20 applicants within 24 hours. You protect your assets physically by proper maintenance and having the right insurance coverage

Watch a lot of the BP webinars I think those might help 

@Brittany Pinney Hey! BP is a great place to learn and network. A lot of the local investors are active on this site. Are you looking to buy more properties in the Emerald Coast?
