@Jose Torres yeah we do it every last Tuesday of the month so the next one will be June 25th

@Donald Ruffin Don't spend more time on it. They do that because they don't NEED you to buy or sell the property. They can close on the property with or without you. 

The way they do it makes a lot of sense. If they have it under contract for $100k, and sell it to you for $100k, $1k is more than any "split" you would get in that scenario.
