Russell Brazil Well would it be asking a lot if you sent me some MLS listing of the low end of deals. I'm in DC twice a month so I wouldn't mind seeing what's available and how aggressive things are. I'm open and would just love to see it. I'm a real estate developer here in Milwaukee. I've done some deals and still doing deals but would love to expand my knowledge to the east coast area. Rent in the neighborhood is ranging from 500-1,000 a month yeah I know it's a high crime neighborhood, it's a cash flow idea and possibly sell it in a year double the price. At the moment the bank owns it. The owner passed away and family didn't want to be responsible for the 90k Mortgage. 

Yes, I currently have a six unit five minutes from that location and a 4 unit on the Southside of Milwaukee. 

I am looking to put in a cash offer on this duplex selling for 24K in Milwaukee. Neighborhood isn't that hot however, it's not bad it's across from School. The property is in a great condition minor cosmetics. I am interested. What do y'all think. Help!
