I have one single family home rented.  Another that I just bought and finishing up next week with improvements and then will start to get occupied with a tenant.  Is it too soon to buy another house before the second is filled? I have the capital for the down payment on property three but I dont want to stretch myself too thin with time and mainly money.  There are a few good deals out there that I would hate to miss.  What factors do I need to consider?
