I agree and plan to do the same, having ones own certification for administrator is a good idea.

I have been to the 3-day and it is a well run event, by professional persons.  Suggest you go to their site, there is approx 7 videos for you to watch to see if you want to go to the next step.  You can PM me if you like and i include my telephone below.

Congrats, perhaps we can speak via phone sometime. Also there is a meetup group out of Colorado that meets the last Wednesday of each month, I attended-via meetup-last month, it is Denver time, tomorrow night (5/26/2021) is someone speaking on her experiences in running an ALF if you want to listen in (run by Vern Harris, also here on BP).
