Andres, tho i too am starting out let me put this simply. Define what you want, pick the niche that serves you best, master that niche thru the plethora of info here. No one can tell you where to start till they know where you want to go.

Or let me put it another way, im afraid of heights. If somebody  told me there was a bag with a million dollars in ot at the top of a 50 foot tree, i would overcome my fear and clomb up that tree as fast and safe as possible. Real estate investing  is no different.  Keep us posted. BTW Im 55.

Bill,

On top of having experience in real estate and loan origination, I have experience in remodeling as well. As to what I enjoy doing with my time, I would have to say anything that would serve others, i.e. research, analysis, paperwork submissions meeting contractors, inspections, etc. Essentially whatever the task is that you are time short on. Since my schedule allows me to be available during business hours (8am to 3pm) I figured this would be a good symbiotic relationship to other members. Think of it this way, Tony Robbins says (paraphrase) "If you want to up your game, hang around people who play the game better then you"

Good morning BP community!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mark Caudill. I've been married to my best friend/wife for 25 yrs. Together we have raised 5 amazing kids ages 24 to 14 in the small community of Elizabeth, CO for the past 16 years. I am currently employed as a custodian in our local school district working nights.

I recently found BP thru Paula Pants "Afford Anything" podcasts. I would highly recommend her podcasts as well.

Please check out my recently completed profile (Saving up to go PRO). I have been a realtor and a loan originator as well in the worst markets in history. Bad timing I guess. Thru those experiences and several other jobs, I have discovered that I am not a salesman. However I am really good at serving others. Since there are only 2 commodities we have, time and/or money. I have more time then money. I look forward to helping other BP members in the surrounding area who are short on time accomplish their REI goals in exchange for education and eventually partnering to forward my own real estate goals (This is principle from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad) . Also, looking to meet up with other BP members to connect and absorb your experiences in the Colorado market.

I'm looking forward to meeting you in the future and thanks to Brandon and Josh for starting a true community of like minded investors. Regards, Mark

Hey BP community!

My question has to do with full disclosure on a listing I am looking at. Does CO real estate law require informing buyer of a death in the house? I know the family, the mother died in the house. Thanks.
