Hey BP community!

My question has to do with full disclosure on a listing I am looking at. Does CO real estate law require informing buyer of a death in the house? I know the family, the mother died in the house. Thanks.

Not required to disclose in CO. Don't worry though the neighbors will tell the buyers.
