HELP!

I am on List Source trying to gather my numbers for certain zipcodes in my farm area such as how many SFH, Equity, OO, REO etc and I can not seem to find how to check for " total cash sales in the last 6 months to a year".

Please help I have spent 4 hours on this and I am stuck on that key part. ARGH

I have been listening to all your podcast like a mad woman taking as many notes as I can. I hope to one day be good as you. I am currently flipping homes and in the midst of doing my deals I have come across home owners looking to sell their home,so I have done some wholesale as well. 

Now I want to make wholesale part of my business and not do them out of pure luck because the neighbor next to the home I am flipping takes interest. 

I wish there was some way I could chat with you on the phone for 30 mins to help perfect my whoelsale strategy.

I love GC and his philosophy about 10X is basically like saying "GO BIG OR GO HOME". I can't write my weekly or yearly goals thinking small, what is the point of that? Plus I follow him on instagram and he is funny as **** and he inspires me to reach for the best version of me and strive for more. Like he says " you will never get anywhere by being complacent or frugal. You have to spend money to make money".

My question is did you buy your leads from your first post or look up public information online or in person?

Hello BP.

I have active wholesale deals in Philly under contract as of last week. If anyone is interested please send PM and we can set up a time to visit any property you may be interested in. I get deals on a weekly basis and slowly I am getting the hang of posting frequently on BP.

I have a great team of contractors whom I use on deals and have been very good at keeping cost down while doing effective work, I also have RE agents for comps if anyone needs to run numbers.
