Love this thread and currently negotiating land on beach side with clean title.

Wondering what is a fair offer for 25x100 M2 plot on beach strip direct to owner. 

Hola! I came back from Tulum so much construction going on insane. 25x300 meters of land on beach side ( cant disclose where but so good) $900k. We are moving forward! 

Clean title no ejido. 

@Mike Lambert been to Tulum many times, I have family there and going next week to look at land on beach side that is direct to owner contact. Yes many places taken but not all land is developed , still many plots left passed Rosa nearing the lagoon and on the street on opposite site of beach. 

@Aaron Logan I hear you! I am always looking to escape from the hectic lifestyle. My team and I are traveling next week to meet contractors; look at land for hotel development on the beach side. Landed on this thread doing research. 

@Mike Lambert are you currently investing in TULUM?

Vacant mini market is not currently cash flowing. Across the street from running shopping center with multiple opened businesses and Chestnut hill MT AIRY train blocks away. Commute into city easy.

Hello BP FAM, Anyone know a good contractor crew in Philly? The one I have now is having major family issues and he’s delaying our jobs. I love our crew but buisness is business and we been delayed 3/4 weeks now.
